Dog Photographer Rebecca

A dog photographer, dog groomer and the owner of English Setter show dogs.
I bought my first DSLR around 10 years ago just to photograph my own dogs. From then I have attended various photographic courses and joined the Guild Of Photographers. Through the Guild monthly photo competition (IOM) have been awarded Silver Awards and numerous Bronze Awards for my images, gained qualified status within the Guild for my dog, Field sports and event photography and achieved my photographers bar.

Kennel Club photographer

I became an official photographer for the Kennel Club which led to the amazing experience of photographing Her Majesty the Queen at The Cocker Spaniel Championship held at the Sandringham Estate, two days which I will never forget. I have had my images published on front covers of magazines and was awarded a highly commended in the Leica FieldSports Photographer of Year Competition 2017.

Pedigree show dogs

Dog shows

A pedigree show dog owner, exhibitor, breeder and handler I have been showing dogs since 1987 starting with Irish Setters. Back then handling the dogs as a junior handler. Also in the KCJO classes which today is known as the YKC, Young Kennel Club.

English Setters

For the last 20 years my main breed of show dogs has been the English Setters, winning over 30 CC’s within the breed, numerous Best of Breeds and a group place at general championship shows. A total of 7 UK Show Champions I have handled to their title, 4 of which were my own dogs.
